I had a pleasure of working with Mr.Julius Nemovi for purchasing my new house. It was an amazing experience. Julius is not only knowledgeable, attentive , punctual, experienced but also very caring. He made the process of purchase super easy. I bought other properties before but never had such a wonderful experience with other agents. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. I highly recommend Julius; he's dedicated, knowledgeable, and won't let you down. I used Julius to help purchase a home and he was wonderful. He was always very fast to respond, did an an exceptional job negotiating the deal, and was always very thorough both during and right after the transaction. I purchased a home outside of his region in a community where the real estate agents all known one-another, yet Julius impressed even the seller's agent.
Julius helped me sell my mom's house. I'm hostile towards this profession and didn't make it easy for him. he was our third realtor on this sale. my first choice got outed as a creep, the 2nd stole some planters from us and that's where Julius came in. he talked me out of burning it down for insurance, giving it away to a rehab and was patient in areas i absolutely wasn't. From my experience, I feel like it's rare to come across a Realtor that not only works his tail off for his clients but is also so extremely nice while doing it. That is Julius Nemovi.
