I have a Australian Cattle Dog (red heeler) and an E Trike with a tow leash which I attach to the 'top ring' of his (old) harness to run him alongside my trike. However, he tends to pull a bit away from the trike which (because of the top mount ring) pulls the harness down his side... the products are great. Very durable
I love the products, but customer service and communication are lacking. I purchased a harness, which I had ordered the wrong size(my fault I know) but when I tried to return the harness that was too big I got stuck paying a $30+ shipping fee.. after already paying to ship the wrong one and the right one to me. MOST companies provide a return label.. no not these guys I just got a mailing address to send it back.. no explanation or instructions etc. expected more from such a "reputable" company.
We LOVE Julius K9 products, there isn't a more convenient harness on the market that is easy to put on, comfortable for your dog, and looks and feels awesome for your dog! They also have a great selection of dog toys, tugs, balls, etc. that are durable for even the strongest chewers!
