First time homeowner with a need for seal coat to our driveway and came across this local company. Very friendly and easy to set up and driveway looks great. Price was also reasonable. However, they were a little messy in the application process, getting it on the side of the house. I contacted the office for suggestions on ways to remove this or products to use, as we don’t have the paint to just paint over. This was the first time we’ve ever had an asphalt driveway and it was long overdue by the previous owner to be resealed. After contacting Julius I was home when he came for the bid. Very nice friendly gentleman who explained what the process would be and the time frame he could get the work done. Both he and his staff were wonderful and we are very happy with the end result. Julius was under contract to perform culvert replacement and asphalt repair on our private lane in 2024. This work could have had potentially future work in years to come. Month after month, the work was never performed, even though our community was very flexible and undemanding. At no time did Julius have the common courtesy of simply telling us that he would never do the contracted work. We lost the entirety of 2024 waiting. Very unprofessional and highly unreliable - I would recommend you pass on Julius Howe.

I met Julius Howe about 16 years ago when he was interested in possibly buying my house. I thought that established me with him and his company as a reputable and worthy client. However, in the years since, I’ve grown to dislike how his company does business. First of all, when I used them to seal driveway cracks in my 600 ft blacktop driveway that someone else had installed, they missed the cracks by several inches in multiple places! I would highly recommend this company for your asphalt needs. The crew were very professional, did an excellent job with putting down the gravel before, and the asphalt. They were very punctual and arrived exactly when they said they would. The crew cleaned up the area and made sure everything was the way it was when they came. We are very pleased with the job they did.
