Julisa is a gifted healer who took the time to understand my unique background and needs. She helped me connect with my deeper self and process deep traumas and wounds. Her spiritual insights have been incredibly enriching, allowing me to gain a new perspective on my challenges. Her approach is from the heart and I have felt deeply supported during my most vulnerable of times. .
For anyone like me, who has spent a lifetime in and out of therapy or on and off psychiatric drugs, working with Julisa is a total shift. Her insights on psychology, trauma, dietary health, and spirituality offer a truly holistic approach to reclaiming your mental health. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone searching for a new way to approach life and heal.

I began receiving functional health coach mentoring from Julisa after completing my own therapy with her about two years ago. She had helped me to come to a place in my healing where I started to see that I could begin to offer a healing practice of my own, which I had wanted to do for years. Julisa has been wonderful to work with, helping me navigate very deep and difficult situations, going back to childhood and up to the present time.
