I'm very impressed! I just randomly googled a sliding door repair company and happened to call them. I left a message and within 20 minutes or so I got a call back and within 30 minutes after that Dania and Daniel were in my home and quickly repaired my sliding glass door that was difficult to move and did not lock at all. Never got a call back
Honest and quality service And parts. Great customer service. Prompt and clear on expectations. I feel confident in the work they’ve preformed and would recommend them to anyone.
Was happy to take full payment but never returned with missing screen for window when I began to call her she advised me she would return with it but never did. Then I was advised by wife that we would be refunded for the screen we never received after that phone call she began blocking my calls and not returning them. Be sure you have all you’re work done before payment. I know that usually how things work but since it was a family business I wanted to give them benefit of doubt my mistake.
Julio’s glass repair is great, fast and professional. They replaced a broken window and repaired the sliding glass doors saving me a lot of money . I highly recommend them. Dania and her assistant are extremely knowledgeable and explained the repair. Thank you Dania I will definitely recommend you to family my neighbors and friends.
