Dr.Pond is one of the most thoughtful and thorough physicians I have ever met. Exceptional cardiologist.
Very thorough. Treats the whole patient with compassion.
Was seen by Dr. Rosenblatt 1.5 hrs after my scheduled appointment time. Staff didn't seem to care how late he was running. Wasted having to talk to associate Dr. instead of Dr. Rosenblatt. Don't waste your time, they don't seem to care about wasting yours.
No one enjoys having a colonoscopy. Dr. Ayala has an amazing bedside manner, like an old-fashioned doctor. He his warm, caring and kind. He did not treat me as a number going along a factory line. He made me feel like he cared, which is rare these days. He has a good sense of humor, too, which helps! After the colonoscopy, he came in and explained the results. My last colonoscopy was at Lowell General 8 years ago, and it was a very bad experience. I never even met the doctor at Lowell General! I have GI issues, and Dr. Ayala... read more
