Dr.Andino has the best bedside manner of any physician we have ever seen! He does an excellent job of explaining the diagnosis and what we can possibly expect in the future. Highly recommend this neurologist

My doctor recommended Dr. Andino to us for our son, who has multiple neuro issues and is now old enough that he can no longer see his pediatric neurologist. Unfortunately, when I called to schedule an appointment, the office said that the doctor would refuse to see anyone without a direct referral, even though my insurance doesn't require a referral. I had a visit with this neurologist and found the doctor to be knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the front desk service, which was frustrating and disorganized. The staff seemed unhelpful and unprofessional, which made the visit less pleasant. While I appreciated the medical care, the front desk needs significant improvement. Hence why am transferring my father to a different office. Save yourself from the headache.
