I love Dr Julio and His practioner Felicia however some of the office staff is let us say lack of education and understanding at best. I had a autoimmune flare called and was told I could be worked in. I drove to the office to see a diff practitioner signed in waited 9 minutes. After that time some spanish lady came out and unfortunately we are going to have to reschedule you. What part of an autoimmune flare does she not understand????? The doctor I had was fantastic. However, the billing department at this office was pathetic. They would call my phone and leave a message for me to call them. EVERY time I called I had to leave a voicemail because no one would answer the phone. I wasn't allowed to answer my phone while working so I'd call them on my lunch break often and leave messages explaining this and saying it was okay to leave a voicemail as to what the call was about but they never did.
