I've been seeing Dr. Gonzalez-Paoli and Nadine for almost 2 years now and they both have been WONDERFUL. They always listen to my concerns and make me feel heard

My most recent experience with Dr. Gonzalez was a telehealth appointment where I spent close to an hour speaking with his physician assistant, who was actually very helpful. However, when it came time to speak with Dr. Gonzalez—after paying a $100 co-pay—our conversation lasted maybe two minutes. I left the visit feeling dismissed and unsupported. If you’re going through something serious and need a doctor who truly takes the time to listen and engage, I personally wouldn’t recommend Dr. Gonzalez based on my experience.
