I had an appointment at 1pm,I texted her about the payment options at 12:17,no response,I got to the shop at 12:50,10 minutes before my appointment,the guys there greeted me nicely,from 12:50-1:50 I stayed in that shop waiting,I called her around 1:30 said hello a couple times she said it back but hung up on me,I figured she didn’t hear me so I texted her right after explaining that I was here,I stayed there an extra 13 minutes up until 1:50 no response no show,as I am writing these she is now calling and texting me apologiz... read more

So I had an appointment there this morning and I was there at 8:30 a.m. my appointment was for 9:00 a.m. and the person that was supposed to braid my hair wasn't there I'll call this person this person said she will be there at 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes..This place is very unprofessional it's a sad thing but it's a reason for everything maybe God didn't want her touching my head. It's a reason for everything.. My hair was braided exactly to the inspiration picture I brought in. Customer service and conversation top tier. I would refer anyone looking for a braider in the Perth Amboy area to book an appointment. You will not be disappointed.
