Dr Gittinger is the best!!!
Absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone. I have been calling the office for weeks trying to get an appointment and I have never been able to get connected with a real human being. It’s extremely frustrating as my insurance is insisting that I must visit this doctor, but the lack of office staff answering phones or any online booking portal is absurd in 2026. I have been a patient for about 6 years. They leave their phone off the hook about 70% of the time so you can't contact them. It's annoying and the best way to make an appointment is to drive there and speak with the receptionist. I have asked them why they do this, with no answer. She is a thoughtful doctor who listens, so I am giving her 3 stars. But keeping your phone off the hook is unacceptable.
