I am a beginner and walked in feeling a little lost - the staff were absolutely amazing. Kind, patient, and so helpful! They helped me choose the right tools and kept pricing in mind as we selected each item. I'm so glad I found a lovely local shop!
I bought my first machine from here years ago, I plan to buy my third from here hopefully this year too. The staff is always lovely and kind and helpful. They deserve 4.5 stars in my mind but I can’t. Unfortunately, I brought my machine in for maintenance and service. They give you 30 days to bring it back in but I travel for work… sure the machine is better but I got it back with an alternate problem instead of running smooth.
