Well, Julie's professes free estimates, but to get the estimate is another thing. After two emails requesting the estimate it finally came in. Trouble is, it had nothing to do with what I requested. My request was stone, they came back with peat moss. I requested sod, no mention to that at all in the estimate. I did not request an irrigation system and sure enough, one was given in the estimate! If you want a job done to your specifications, Julie's is not for you!!'
