Went today for the first time since change in ownership. We called ahead and made an appt- for the 3 of us- they told us what time to come. We waited over 45 min. before one of us was taken, after arriving at our appt time. There were only 2 people working. I will say that Kevin and Yoyo did nice work, but clearly overbooked and VERY understaffed. They tried to talk my step-daughter into just having a polish change instead of a full pedicure. I love it here!! I have been coming to Julie’s since I was in high school and they never disappoint. Clean and organized with an incredibly friendly staff.
Absolutely lovely time, very good job on my nails, very kind people as well
