We stayed there for winter carnival and visiting my friends daughter who goes to school there. They accommodated us after seeing there was only one bed. The front desk person Brandy was so very helpful. Also, I left a couple of things behind, and they are willing to send it. That is excellent customer service.
Our room wasn't very clean. The headboard was falling off the wall. The TV didn't have cable. But it is very close to Houghton. The room was the cheapest around. Lots of things to do in the area.
Great place to stay, the owner was very informative on things to do in the area.
Overall this place was comfortable, priced well for the area and just a few miles from town. The room looked clean overall but there was a spot behind the TV that hadnbeen cleaned in a long time and also the air conditioner was filled with dust. Normally we wouldn't have noticed the air conditioner situation but this one was above the bed and when we touched it clumps of dust fell on the pillows.
