I am really upset. Yes, I could've explained what I wanted more vocally instead of mostly relying on the picture, but I didn't think I would have to explicitly say: "Don't turn my hair into a pixie cut." -When the reference photo that I had was absolutely not a pixie cut, and definitely what I am left with. I was also told before it was cut that it would be "just above the shoulders" which is what I wanted. It is not a texture issue, and she cut way way too much off the sides and back. Visitors to the area, for Just 2 months this year, we needed a haircut. Julie's was highly recommended, and now we understand why. Got one more cut schedule for next week and then we'll see you next year! Thanks Julie just a terrific job. Back again in 2023, Julie is doing an outstanding job. We will come back.
