Make sure you act like a teenager Otherwise she assumes you’re not happy and will not answer your phone calls.Never mind the fact you are coming off three 16 hour shifts . When your appointment is for 2pm And someone is still in the chair And you’re waiting patiently for the next 15 minutes Very unprofessional. I actually thought of buying her new scissors because every time she cut my hair it felt like she was pulling it out It hurt

I am really upset. Yes, I could've explained what I wanted more vocally instead of mostly relying on the picture, but I didn't think I would have to explicitly say: "Don't turn my hair into a pixie cut." -When the reference photo that I had was absolutely not a pixie cut, and definitely what I am left with. I was also told before it was cut that it would be "just above the shoulders" which is what I wanted. It is not a texture issue, and she cut way way too much off the sides and back.
