My wife and I stopped into Julie’s Genuine Alaskan Jewelry in Ketchikan while shopping during our Alaska trip, and we had an outstanding experience. We found a beautiful matching his-and-hers whale pendant set that we both loved. During our first visit, the sales associate gave us a price from memory without checking the price tag underneath the display box. We thanked him and told him we would return later that day. Julie is very honest and trustworthy. I bought a necklace made with local nugget gold by making a down payment and then sending in monthly payments for 6 months. When I received it, it was not what I remembered. I should have taken a picture. I called to talk to her about it and she assured me that I could mail it back and they would send me check in the amount of the payment. They have great customer service. Thank you!
