Left hair behind on face. Beautician was unable to see the area and therefore I had to keep pointing to the area where long hairs were left behind. Thread type used extremely painful. Salon itself is a hangout spot for the clique, for the community. Beautician starts and stops, diverging from the service to disappear to do other things to leave clients waiting. First time getting my legs waxed. Dee did a fantastic job. I felt welcome and the spa was clean. I was able to get my appointment same day as I called.
Walked in for threading and they did a good job. I’m from nyc so I’m very particular in how I things and they satisfied me
