I will not use this business again. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, and she snapped at me before I had a chance to apologize or explain. Note that I had been a faithful customer, and had followed her to a new location (she was originally in Mayfair). My lateness was due to an accident, and I could not safely text her the reason without pulling over. The hours posted here are misleading - She is not open from 9 - 4. Must like dogs.
She attended to my requests professionally and was very polite. Highly recommended !
