I rented from him and it was bad from the first week. There was a big leakage in the water line. No heat. My place was broken into twice. Rodents and cockroaches. When I asked for help he didn't. Public health issues a citation and then he tried to evict me for it. I won the case but now he says I owe him money when I spent $2200 to move to a hotel and movers. Don't rent from him. He is a slumlord!
I have never seen a realtor work so hard for his clients! He work tirelessly to make sure his clients are happy in their new home. Also does a great job getting your home sold quickly.
Thee ABSOLUTE best realitor I've ever met!!!! We were first time home buyers with no clue and could've been told anything but Mr. Mills knew everything that we didn't even know we had to know. By the end of the process he became more like family then just our realitor!!!!!!!
