Julie was easy to work with and very accommodating of our needs. She prepped our sale so well that we not only sold on the first day on the market but ended up in bidding situation. She took the time to be present for the showings to interested parties and didn’t just leave the buyers and buyer’s agents to roam the house alone. This has definitely contributed to the immediate offers.
