Absolutely horrible insurance agent and office, the service with this office for 7 years has been Absolutely Terrible! Today i had to call 21 times to get a hold of someone. I had an accident in December and because my payment accidentally bounced on the due date, I paid 24 hours after to the due date and that's when I had the accident and was denied coverage. Terrible service for a few years already. Seems like Julie doesn't care as long as the money keeps coming in. Customer service is terrible. Can't get a hold of anyone and if you go in they don't know nothing of what to do. They seem lost. Julie doesn't even live here anymore she lives out of state in Lala land. Moves a few years ago out of her office and my mom stayed with her with house, car, and life insurance. Little by little she's been moving everything away from there. They are terrible.
My husband has been with them for years they insisted we need a new roof or they would drop us guess who has a new roof and still got dropped. Julie refused to call us back claiming after months of us calling her even dropped by her business and no one is there, she claims to be busy but this has been months in the making and to top it off we get a text message from corporate instead of her, very improfessional not worth the time or money
A hoy estuve esperando y tocando la puerta por unos 10 minutos y nunca abrieron nose porque en su pagina dice que abren a las 8:30 am y ya eran las 10 y tampoco avía un letrero que avise que no ay servicio llame y solo contesto la máquina que decepción
Currently a member, im satisfied for now even with the raise in prices which is understandable... except for the fact anytime I call it seems they are basically closed because no one answers, and for the times I do go to the office in person, things still don't come out correctly. Lots of mistakes on the representatives end.
