Julie not only helps out with the real estate transaction, but will help make the whole process go smoothly. this includes functioning as a 'household assistant' as much or as little as needed. She helped us schedule repairs (after we picked the contractors), followed up on deliveries, and coordinated with the movers. she is great at negotiation and really looked out for our interests in the bargaining process.
