I called to reschedule my appointment and had a very disappointing experience. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was still speaking. I understand that customer service jobs can be stressful, but treating people this way is unacceptable. If someone isn’t happy in their role, it shouldn’t be taken out on patients. Very unprofessional.
The office staff is irresponsible. I called to schedule an appointment and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived on the appointment day, they said I didn't have an appointment. I think the staff forgot to put my name in the system. I explained to the staff that there might have been a mistake, and I agreed to wait to be seen, as I had taken time off work to go to the doctor and my home is far from the office. She did not send me my results for woman check up from last year even though I called several times to request this information. She called and said the tests were normal and promised to mail the results to me. I received nothing from the office. I called back several times and spoke to Thuy, her clerk. This year, I had canceled my appointment and received a bill for $25.00 for not showing up. She refused to return my phone call.
