She did not send me my results for woman check up from last year even though I called several times to request this information. Staff canceled my appointment and then tried to say *i* canceled it. Why would I wait 3 months and cancel it. When I gave pushback she claimed she called me multiple times (wasn’t even calling on my number) lol. I showed her my email proving I confirmed the appointment and she dismissed it and then let me know she’s the only one working today and doesn’t have time to help me. negligent behavior. Needless to say I won’t be seeing this doctor
I couldn't go into her office but there were more spaces where she could see me, and she didn't. It is unfortunate that such an exceptional doctor has such an unpleasant staff, that instead of trying to help the patient resolve issues they cancelled the appointment when you are more than 20 minutes early to have enough time to resolve any inconvenience that may occur, I had already had a bad experience going to her other location, I thought that Sugar Land would be different but no, they are the same rude receptionists, who look for any excuse to reschedule your appointment, I loved the doctor's attention the only time ... read more
