Very caring and very nice and informative
Dr. Voeller is someone who has guided us through this difficult process through and through. From the day I first heard her voice in the ER she was ready to explain and help us in anyway she could. She is kind and informative and very very thorough. She is the reason we come to Christus for treatment. We trust her and she has taken amazing care of our sweet baby boy and family.
I wish I could say the same about Dr Voeller turning a bad situation into a great situation. Dr Voeller is a good doctor, always explained everything. But there was nothing she could do for my grandson who was only 6 years old. Because of what the neurosurgeon left behind during his surgery, there was nothing she could do but tell me that he was gonna die. And that he needed to go home to hospice and to paliate care. Doctor Voeller has managed to make a terrible situation on our life an equally peaceful and fulfilling. She has an excellent manner and love for us as a family and she has so much love for what she does, it’s simply beautiful.
