She told me I would look cute if I lost weight. I went to see her for body image issues. I was 14.
She thinks very highly of herself and will tell you so. Unfortunately she's convinced other professionals with her self promotion. As a matter of fact, she is the one that does all the talking for the entire therapy session! She brags about being the best EMDR therapist too....it did nothing for me or a family member. When my family member was reluctant to talk, she MADE UP her own story and convinced me it was true! Uuuugh. If there were negative stars, I'd give her that! Terrible therapist. Ive seen other negative reviews abut her but thought we will try. I can tell you that other negative reviews about her were about right. The experience was an absurd and she is so unequipped to dealing with clients that I don't even know how she is still in practice. She is clueless on why people come to therapy, but she will tell you in your face that she thinks she is the best out there. She refuses to communicate with clients outside of her appointments and if she does she will make sure that next time... read more
