I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for several years now. She is not always available for my appointments and I am sometimes put with a nurse practitioner, but in all cases, I’m very pleased with the level of service I received there. Dr. Reynolds is Very attentive and personable and seems to have a great compassion for her clients, which along with medical expertise, is the most you could hope for from your primary care doctor.
I just went for my first visit with Dr. Stinson-Reynolds to get care established. I liked her a lot! I’ve struggled to find a good doctor in this area, but she listened to all of my concerns and seemed to be interested in getting all needs addressed. She also seems invested in helping me improve my health and life circumstances. The office manager Ron Jordan is argumentative and doesn't document information properly. He's short tempered. He doesn't have the right attitude for the medical field
Really....I had to make a choice to leave based on the last few years. Lack of follow up. Very curt nurse that you will have to HOUND for follow up or perscription refill. Business office coded my last visit incorrectly and I was billed by my insurance wrong. After several voicemail. I sought help from patient support through my insurance company and left it to them to resolve. Besides that, my last visit with Dr. Reynolds went poorly. She seemed tired and out of sorts.
