Julie has helped me find my dream house twice now! As a single mom the first time, I really leaned on her expertise and the house was perfect in every way for my kids and I to grow. Julie was everything I needed. Quick, efficient and took charge of selling my condo. Within 4 days she found a buyer. Plus, it took Julie less than 1 week to meet with me, line up stager and photographer. Most importantly Julie understood the Condo “lingo”, including HOA, dues related, management forms needed etc. I highly recommend Julie. P.S. Beginning to end, all was finished in 20 days!
