I recently became a patient of Julie Russell and wanted to to highly recommend her. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of time she spent on our first visit and we were really able to get to know one another. She was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable and really listened. Today I went back for bloodwork which I was really dreading and Shawna took great care with this Nervous Nelly. Lol another lake regional joke
I have had a VERY poor experience with this clinic. I received a large bill and inquired how to receive financial assistance. I turned in everything I was supposed to and was told I had been approved. Not long after, I got the bill in the mail again. So, I called and was assured yet again that I was approved for financial assistance and not to worry about the bill. Some time goes by, and I receive the bill yet AGAIN.
