Meghan was exceptional and helping me make my decision to switch to State farm. The process was easy, easy and the service was exceptional!
I’ve been with this office for two years and everything went smoothly until recently. After getting married and moving, I needed my policies transferred to my husband’s State Farm agent who is local. Despite calling three times over the last MONTH, Julie and her office still haven’t processed the transfers. This has caused multiple delays and inconveniences, and I now have to resolve the issue myself instead of State Farm doing what should have been done (their job).
This agent dropped our homeowners insurance because we filed a claim on our garage roof. They said it just needed patched and it didn’t meet our deductible. I paid for the entire garage roof to be replaced out of pocket. Then they say they aren’t renewing us because we had a loss. They didn’t pay a dime of our claim out. So I gave them thousands for at least 3 years and they kept all my money and canceled me. Run far far away from this agency in Alliance Ohio. In all my years of having car and homeowners insurance, I have never had the customer service like I do with this agent. Michelle has always answered my questions timely. The price, coverage and your overall experience is worth contacting them to see if they can assist you. I wish I had switched years ago.
