This agent dropped our homeowners insurance because we filed a claim on our garage roof. They said it just needed patched and it didn’t meet our deductible. I paid for the entire garage roof to be replaced out of pocket. Then they say they aren’t renewing us because we had a loss. They didn’t pay a dime of our claim out. So I gave them thousands for at least 3 years and they kept all my money and canceled me. Run far far away from this agency in Alliance Ohio. The price, coverage and your overall experience is worth contacting them to see if they can assist you. I wish I had switched years ago.
