Completely unprofessional. Showed up at the office for my first appointment to find she wasn't there and had done this same thing for several other clients, last minute disappearing on patients. I got a call 15 mins later and she said that she had to last minute switch to virtual, even though the receptionist told me she had been doing that for the last week at the least and she never indicated this or gave me a link for virtual therapy.

I love Julie! I’ve only been seeing her about two months now weekly, but so far I really enjoy the route we’ve been taking. She lets me not only talk and vent but then also helps with my goal oriented issues as well once we got a couple sessions in and she became familiar with the type of help I was needing. I have been seeing Julie for over 14 years, I have always felt she was professional and keeps you on track with what the issues are. She allows you to express yourself and then guides you when you might be out of line or thinking in unproductive manners. She offers Phone sessions when I cannot make it in. She has always worked with me when I need to cancel and reschedule. It is important to call and let her know if you are unable to make your appointment.
