Dr. Durand was very professional in demeanor. Listened to me and provided the correct diagnosis and treatment. This is my second visit with Dr. Durand, and I will continue to seek her for my ophthalmology needs.
Arrived 50 minutes early with all papers completed. I usually arrive early in the event there has been a cancellation hoping to keep the patient flow. At the 20 minute mark past my appointment time, I asked to reschedule. Very unapologetic front desk staff.
