Dr. Heyn is very low-keyed and explains everything thoroughly. I had a heart monitor for 2 weeks. She explained the results thoroughly, answering our questions until she was sure we understood. Unlike most doctors using the 15 minute appt., we felt no pressure from her to hurry. Both my husband and I left commenting how much we liked her. I would highly recommend her.
