This review is for the entire office. My doctor, Dr drinkard, has retired and I was given no support as far as getting a new doctor. I went for my annual physical exam which was conducted by a PA and was basically handed a clipboard and asked about my general wellness but nobody did any kind of physical exam. Very disappointed and how they've handled their clients during this transition period
She is extremely thorough and takes as much time as needed (sometimes a full hour) to dig into any issues, research possible treatments, and make sure the best care is being offered. She helps research the latest medications, makes sure you’re getting to the root of an issue, makes you feel really comfortable and supported in the appointment. Responsive to questions on MyChart.
She takes as long as needed. A very good listener. Super smart.
Rushed, brusque, doesn't seem interested in building a relationship with me or my husband as patients. Seems at odds with what you'd want from your primary care provider. Quick to refer you to specialists, which is good, but no follow-up or tracking of outcomes from specialists. After a year, looking for another doctor.
