I have been coming to Julie for many years, though I had paused for a bit during Covid. When I decided to return to salons instead of DIYing my nails, going back to Julie was a no brainer. Julie is kind, accommodating, and does consistently great work. I always get compliments on my nails, even when they're 3 weeks grown out and in need of a fill. Yalll!!! Oh my goodness. Buckle up for a long one (or don’t you can totally scroll by but just know Julie is literally the best in the whole universe and you should totally book with her) Ok so as someone who struggles with OCD/ autism & NEVER get their nails done I was so scared to get my nails done because what if it gets infected and I heard a story once where someone’s nails got badly infected from the salon (obviously NOT this salon I don’t even think it was in NJ) and she had to ampute her arm!!! First time there and the lady doing the pedicures did a terrible job. I mean TERRIBLE. She tried fixing them and they still looked really bad. The owner thankfully came to the rescue and redid the whole set. They looked good but the whole thing was extremely inconvenient. Won’t be back
The worst experience I’ve EVER had in a nail salon. I made an appointment yet I still waited over an hour to be seen. My manicurist was doing multiple people at once which I found to be extremely unprofessional and it made my mani/pedi take 5x as long. They were also quite rude and shamed me about the natural polish color I chose.
