Julie is the best, just switched to her for my car insurance and the process was seamless. Very quick responses for emails and helps assist me with any questions I have. I got the best rate available through Julie/State Farm compared to other companies I got quoted from. If you need any type of insurance coverage I highly recommend reaching out to Julie she is awesome!!
Julie has been my agent for many years. She's very helpful and takes the time to explain things that I don't understand. I feel comfortable and confident after our discussions and I know she always has my best interest in mind. I will continue to trust her for future life events.
And I wish I could do Zero stars. Nothing but trouble with her and her team. Never met Julie and almost never calls back. When she does call back she can’t give answers to what is going on. The office that answers the phone is even worse. Horrible customer service for anything you normally need an insurance agent for. She is rude, condescending and should not work with people.
