I was very happy with our entire experience with Dr. Julie McNeish. My teenage son had to have all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. His primary dentist tried to recommend a place that we had a horrible experience with in the past. Dr. Julie McNeish was so kind and helpful at the consultation. Dr Julie is FANTASTIC and did a wonderful job from my extraction to placing my implant. A consummate professional! However, Chris at the front desk is one of the rudest, disrespectful, and demeaning person I ever had the unfortunate displeasure of encountering. Zero phone etiquette…not even basic manners. I’m quite frankly STUNNED. I was stunned last summer when I needed help with a referral for a dentist, and I was just stunned again today, prompting this review.
