If I could give zero stars I would. It was recommended that I come here. When I went in I thought they were all nice until they decided to take me to court over some money that I was going to pay. Watch out if you go there...
I was very happy with our entire experience with Dr. Julie McNeish. My teenage son had to have all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. His primary dentist tried to recommend a place that we had a horrible experience with in the past. Dr. Julie McNeish was so kind and helpful at the consultation. She explained everything well and put my son at ease. When we went for the actual extraction everything went smoothly as well. Dr Julie is FANTASTIC and did a wonderful job from my extraction to placing my implant. A consummate professional! However, Chris at the front desk is one of the rudest, disrespectful, and demeaning person I ever had the unfortunate displeasure of encountering. Zero phone etiquette…not even basic manners. I’m quite frankly STUNNED. I was stunned last summer when I needed help with a referral for a dentist, and I was just stunned again today, prompting this review.
