Julie just recently gave me a perm. I have really fine hair, and she has to wrap my hair like a specialty perm in order for it to last, so that takes a bit more time. She is a great conversationalist, so it seems like no time as passed during the long wrapping process. She is so professional and skilled that I trust no one else to care for my hair. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
