I can't speak highly enough of Julie. She has a natural ability to make you feel seen and heard. She weaves in therapeutic exercises with unconditional positive regard for the individual. She understands the importance of the therapeutic relationship and provides a place of safety and security, allowing me to be vulnerable and achieve real and lasting growth. I highly recommend Julie Ponder.
