I can’t imagine anyone leaving this office feeling unheard. Dr. Tsay was incredible, and addressed all of my medical history while explaining everything thoroughly. I’m thrilled to have her as a doctor.
Very thorough and informative. Easy to talk to and receptive to discussing options.
Probably the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. She is super nice, however she just kept repeating herself and it was honestly so annoying that she said the same thing 50x over. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone and also feel she dismissed my concerns due to my young age. Her demeanor is friendly, but she kept saying the same three lines over and over again, so i just wanted to leave. Pick someone else!
She is kind of hyper, just so you know. I prefer to be around someone who is more relaxed and at my pace I’m sure she’s fine with what she does, but the approach needs to be a bit calmer. The rhythm was definitely off. I definitely felt stress come on when I was talking to her. I was fine when I first walked in, but she is just hyper and talks fast.
