My wife and I go to Premier Suburban Medical Group at 1051 Essington Rd Suite 250, Joliet, IL 60435. There we see Dr. Riten H Sheth our gastroenterologist. When you enter his office its clean and you are greeted with a smile and a cheery hello by any of the staff that may be working the check in area at the time. I can tell you Dr. Sheth and all his staff are so kind, caring, compassionate towards you. I am undecided at this point. Once I have my labs completed and reviewed maybe there will be more to address. I asked for a wellness check. There was much exploration into my concerns.
Staff for her are so so so rude. I once had a lady hang up on me purposely. If Veldman wants any good to come from her she needs to FIRE her ridiculous receptionists immediately. Doc herself is also super slow to get back to you and quite rude in my opinion. Does not take anything you say seriously.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Limon for more than 3 years. She is kind and a great listener. She also gives clear and informed responses to questions about my health. I feel great in her care.
This doctor has changed. I feel she's lost her passion. She seemed aggravated when listening to my concerns, and I didn't feel like she took my concerns seriously. I have been going to her for YEARS.
Forgot to send in prescription and never called when labs showed up abnormal. I called about 3 times and finally 11 days later it was resolved.
