I decided to cancel an appointment based on the most recent reviews concerning Dr.Landry. There’s an epidemic of rudeness among doctors lately. Which is why I’m shopping for a new one. I purposely used the word shopping because my insurance is tremendously expensive and I’m tired on the “ burn em and turn em” attitudes I have received from Doctors in the last two years. This was my first and definitely my last visit with Dr Julie Landry. She came in and immediately started typing on the computer and wasn’t interested in me as a patient nor a person. Didn’t ask me any questions except for when my last Pap was. She then proceeded to hand me the gown and sheet and then once I was ready she came back and began the Pap Smear. Dr. Landry is amazing at what she does to say the least. Through the whole 9 months of pregnancy she was willing to answer any question or concerns that i had. During my delivery that didn’t go the way i hoped for, she made sure to keep me in the loop on what was going on and why. she did not push me to make any decisions i wasn’t comfortable with.
