Got charged $450 for the doctor saying hello and that I'm healthy. Straight up asked him before I even let him even look at my ear if there will be any charges. He said there will be no charges. Now I have a bill for $450. Apparently it is $350 to just walk into their door. This is next level robbery.

Disappointing experience with the office staff. Morning appointments apparently cancelled due to weather, which is understandable. Unfortunately, staff forgot to notify patients so several of us arranged our mornings and drove 30+ minutes to our appointment only to find out we no longer had appointments. Dr. Zweig and the staff were excellent. Dr. Zweig is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Everything was well organized and everyone was helpful.
