Patient care and wellness is definitely not a priority here. If you come to this doctor expect to be treated like a number and a paycheck because that is all you are. Possibly one of the most negative medical experiences we’ve ever had and just down right vile.
Dr.Jones is great! But to call in to reschedule is horrible.
My husband and I both have been seeing Dr. Jones for years. She and her nurse Kim are fantastic. Always quick to get appointments and available via phone. Makes you feel very comfortable and truly listens to her patients.
Worst bedside manner and new patient care! I brought my mother in for a new patient appointment. She was in a lot of pain. Dr. Jones didn't want to exam her for these problems because she was a "new patient" and this was a "new patient appointment." I tried to explain that something was really wrong with my mother and she was never been this sick and in this much pain.
