I would not choose to ever work with Julie again. As a local certified arborist, she called me interested in having trees removed and replanted. I spent a lot of time meeting with her, driving to the property which is not close to town, and time preparing estimates for her, consulting and giving her bottom dollar on my rates...that after I'm planning on scheduling with her shes changes her mind last minute.
