Julie helped us buy an investment property for my son to live in while he attends the University of Oregon. Julie Herren did a great job explaining everything and was very patient with me through the whole processes. She was great at listening to my concerns and worked hard to get me what I wanted, but also made sure I had reasonable expectations. Julie was very responsive and I would highly recommend her.
