I’ve been very pleased with State Farm and the responsiveness of Julie and her team when I have questions, need to make changes to my coverage, or in my most recent instance, filing a theft claim that was processed in record timing. Been getting insurance here for years. Have always had fantastic service. Anytime I need something, I get fast responses. Julie is great, but I deal with her assistant, Bobbi, the most - both ladies are very nice and have great customer service and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this agent!!
