Dr Foont is fantastic as are all the people in the office! So why the low rating? It's impossible to deal with their automated virtual assistant and outsourced call center. They waste so much time and inevitably route you to the office but you can't actually call the office directly (nor can you make the appointment online). Such an inefficient system/process. Dr Foont is in a class of her own. One of the best doctors I’ve ever been treated by-and cared for. Truly phenomenal.
