Took my mom for a visit several weeks ago. The initial visit went well and the staff was very kind to her. Subsequent appointments have been completely different. Dr. Stewart was demeaning and insulting, pointing at her, telling her, "It's because you're old", and basically called mom a "liar" for not following directions. My brother heard it and said, "We won't be back."
