Dr. Julie is the nicest dentist I have ever been to. She made my entire experience pleasant by making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Usually I am very nervous visiting the dentist but I always look forward to seeing Dr. Julie. The front desk staff is welcoming and professional, always greeting me with a warm smile. Paul the assistant and Barb the hygienist are great to. They always say hi and ask me about football. Going into the office is a personal experience that you can't find anywhere else. Dr. Haberstroh and staff are absolutely phenomenal! I started seeing Dr. H when I was 3 years old, and I've been back every six months since. It's a small family practice with a friendly staff who make every appointment enjoyable. Not to mention the office mascot/therapy dog who makes even fillings seem less terrifying! I look forward to coming every year because I am confident this office will always take care of all of my dental needs. I am deeply and I mean deeply disappointed with the service of this Dental Office. There are a few things that irritated me about the way she operates her office but the biggest disservice was her general demeanor and the way she handle me as a new patient. The first thing that I thought was a bit off was her surprise reaction to my insurance and the coverage my company provides. This was my first trip to a dentist in America and I was really happy with the level of care I received. I ended up needing two fillings and Julie gave me the option of silver or white. I opted for the white ones and was stoked with how clean they look. She also gave me some great tips for brushing and hooked me up with soft toothbrushes and floss for no extra charge. It's pretty sweet to have a dentist who will help you out with the preventative stuff so that you don't have to go visit them so often. For that reason I find ... read more
